I am taking on the Jordan Trek 2020 to raise vital funds for Action Against Hunger, a global humanitarian organisation whose mission is to create a world free from hunger, for everyone, for good.

In April 2018, Vincenzo, alongside a team of 20 other chefs, restaurateurs and food industry experts from across the UK, will take on an ambitious trek challenge through the Himalayas in Nepal.

News Just In! Fantastic letter received from Action Against Hunger to tell us that Vincenzo (and Nina’s) fundraising efforts managed to raise a huge £6,773.90. Once again a huge WELL DONE to them both.

Working across almost 50 countries they work tirelessly to save the lives of children and work with their communities before and after the disaster strikes.
